Honey Mustard Chicken Sliders are bite-sized sandwiches packed with juicy chicken, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and a tangy-sweet honey mustard sauce. Perfect for casual meals, game days, or party snacks, they’re easy to make and loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 810 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (grilled, shredded, or sliced)
  • 1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 12 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting buns, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust to taste.
  2. If using fresh chicken, grill or pan-sear seasoned chicken breasts, then slice or shred. Alternatively, use rotisserie or leftover chicken.
  3. Optional: Lightly butter and toast slider buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  4. To assemble, spread honey mustard sauce on the bottom half of each bun, layer with chicken, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce. Add a drizzle of sauce and top with the remaining bun.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature, arranged individually or on a platter.
