A quick and easy take on orange chicken made with just chicken nuggets, orange marmalade, and barbecue sauce for a sweet, tangy, and satisfying meal in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 30 oz frozen chicken nuggets
  • 1 cup sweet orange marmalade
  • ½1 cup barbecue sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken nuggets according to package instructions, baking or air-frying until crisp and hot.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together orange marmalade, barbecue sauce, and soy sauce (if using). Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
  3. Transfer cooked nuggets to a large bowl. Pour sauce over the top and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Serve immediately over rice, noodles, or with steamed vegetables.
