Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, stir melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined.
- Gently stir in diced strawberries and white chocolate chips (if using).
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
