Apple Cinnamon Chex Mix is a sweet, crunchy snack mix filled with fall flavors like cinnamon, apple chips, and brown sugar. Perfect for cozy afternoons, holiday gatherings, or gifting, this mix is baked until toasty and finished with optional white chocolate or yogurt raisins.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
  • 1½ cups apple chips
  • 1½ cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½ cup white chocolate chips or yogurt-covered raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, nuts, and apple chips.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread mix onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely, then stir in white chocolate chips or yogurt raisins if using.
