Baked Garlic Bread Dip is a warm, cheesy appetizer that transforms all the best flavors of garlic bread into a creamy, scoopable dip. With roasted garlic, melted cheese, and buttery herbs, it’s the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack for parties or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced or 1 bulb roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley or chives (optional, for garnish)
  • Bread, crackers, or veggies for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream or mayo, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  3. Add minced or roasted garlic, melted butter, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired.
  7. Serve warm with toasted bread, crackers, or veggie sticks.
