These banana pudding Rice Krispie treats are a no-bake dessert mashup of creamy banana pudding and classic marshmallow cereal bars. With vanilla wafers, gooey marshmallows, and a drizzle of white chocolate, they’re nostalgic, indulgent, and incredibly easy to make in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Rice Krispies cereal
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Vanilla wafers, crushed
  • Prepared banana pudding (set and thickened)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Marshmallow fluff
  • White chocolate, melted
  • Extra crushed vanilla wafers (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare banana pudding according to package instructions and allow to fully set.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in 5 cups mini marshmallows until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and prepared banana pudding.
  4. Fold in Rice Krispies, remaining marshmallows, and crushed vanilla wafers until just combined.
  5. Press mixture into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan using damp hands or parchment.
  6. Spread marshmallow fluff over the top, drizzle with melted white chocolate, and sprinkle with extra crushed wafers.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing into squares.
