These BBQ Chicken Coleslaw Wraps are smoky, tangy, and crunchy with juicy barbecue chicken and creamy slaw wrapped in a soft tortilla. They’re a quick, satisfying meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or easy meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast or thighs, shredded or chopped
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite kind)
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 large wraps or tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and BBQ sauce. Stir until evenly coated and warm slightly if desired.
  2. In another bowl, mix coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Warm wraps or tortillas for a few seconds to make them pliable.
  4. Spoon BBQ chicken down the center of each wrap, top with coleslaw, and sprinkle with green onions if using.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up each wrap tightly. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Add shredded cheese, pickles, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Store chicken and slaw separately if prepping ahead.
