Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (whole, 2%, almond, oat, etc.)
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional, if using fresh fruit)
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, flaxseed, protein powder, Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, banana, and milk to a blender.
  2. If using fresh blueberries, add ice cubes for chill and texture.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting consistency with more milk if needed.
