Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or pineapple juice
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/2 banana, a few mint leaves, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, or 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add cantaloupe cubes to a blender.
  2. Pour in yogurt and juice of choice.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup if desired, and ice cubes.
  4. Add any optional ingredients like banana, mint, or chia seeds.
  5. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
