Warm, comforting sliders layered with savory turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and melty cheese, baked until golden and perfect for easy dinners or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 68 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced or shredded
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 68 slices or 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, provolone, or mozzarella)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  3. Evenly layer the turkey over the buns, then spoon cranberry sauce on top.
  4. Add an even layer of cheese and place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Great for using leftover turkey or deli slices.
  • Brie or havarti adds extra richness.
  • Stuffing or sautéed onions make a tasty addition.
