Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bread is a crave-worthy combination of crispy pizza crust, melty mozzarella, and rich garlic butter—baked to golden perfection. It’s a fast, easy-to-make appetizer or snack that’s always a hit, especially when served with marinara for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: red pepper flakes
  • Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape—rectangle or round.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and parsley or Italian seasoning.
  4. Brush garlic butter mixture generously over the dough surface.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top, going close to the edges.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and browned.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes, slice into strips or wedges, and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Spread marinara sauce under the cheese for a saucier bite.
  • Add pepperoni, sausage, or cooked veggies for extra toppings.
  • Mix red pepper flakes or onion powder into the garlic butter for added flavor.
  • Use gluten-free pizza dough for a gluten-free version.
  • Top with fresh basil or oregano after baking for a herby finish.
