Cheesy Shrimp & Crab Bake is a creamy, savory seafood casserole made with shrimp, crab, and a blend of cheeses and seasonings. Baked to golden perfection, it’s ideal as a main dish, side, or party dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes or a few dashes of hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes or hot sauce if using.
  4. Fold in the cooked shrimp, crab meat, 1/2 cup of cheddar, and 1/2 cup of mozzarella until evenly combined.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
