This chicken Caesar wrap wraps everything you love about a Caesar salad—creamy dressing, crisp romaine, juicy chicken—into a soft tortilla for a handheld, satisfying meal perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (grilled, baked, or rotisserie)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated or shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons, slightly crushed
  • 23 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional:  sliced cherry tomatoes, or avocado slices

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Gently mix in crushed croutons for crunch.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon the mixture down the center.
  5. Fold in the sides and roll up the wrap tightly.
  6. Optional: Toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Swap in grilled shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
  • Use low-fat dressing or lettuce wraps for a lighter version.
  • Storing the filling separately keeps the wrap from getting soggy.
  • Homemade Caesar dressing adds a richer flavor if you have time.
  • Toasted breadcrumbs or seeds can replace croutons for a crunch alternative.
