Chilled Peach Soup is a refreshing and naturally sweet blended soup made with ripe peaches, creamy yogurt, and bright citrus notes, perfect for warm-weather meals or light desserts.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 12 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional garnish: fresh mint leaves or diced peaches

Instructions

  1. Peel, pit, and chop the ripe peaches.
  2. Place peaches in a blender with Greek yogurt, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or citrus as needed.
  5. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until thoroughly chilled.
  6. Stir well before serving and garnish as desired.
