Ingredients

  • For the pizza:
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • For the glaze:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form a smooth sheet.
  3. Brush melted butter over the dough. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly on top.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until golden and caramelized.
  5. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
  6. Drizzle glaze over the warm pizza. Let cool slightly, then slice into 8 pieces and serve.

Notes

  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch.
  • Sprinkle mini chocolate chips before baking for extra sweetness.
  • Use heavy cream instead of milk for a richer glaze.
  • Try puff pastry instead of crescent dough for a crispier base.
  • Store leftovers at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
