This Coffee Milkshake is a smooth, creamy blend of coffee and ice cream, perfect for coffee lovers who want a sweet, chilled treat. It’s quick to make, customizable, and great as an afternoon pick-me-up or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 cups vanilla or coffee ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk (adjust for desired thickness)
  • 12 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Optional: 2–3 ice cubes for extra chill or thinner texture
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, crushed cookies

Instructions

  1. Mix strong coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
  2. In a blender, combine the ice cream, cooled coffee, milk, and sugar (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer it extra cold or thinner.
  4. Pour into a tall glass.
  5. Top with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, or your favorite toppings if desired.
  6. Serve immediately while cold and frothy.

Notes

  • Use decaf coffee for a caffeine-free version.
  • For a mocha twist, blend in a tablespoon of chocolate syrup or cocoa powder.
  • Try flavored ice creams like mocha almond fudge for variety.
  • Add a scoop of protein powder for a more filling shake.
  • A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg adds a warm spice note.
