Cottage cheese bagel bites are soft, chewy, and protein-rich mini snacks made with a simple dough and customizable toppings. Perfect for quick breakfasts or healthy on-the-go snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or whole wheat)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg (beaten, for brushing)
  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (or other toppings of choice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt to form a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 12–16 small pieces and roll into bite-sized balls.
  5. Place bites on prepared baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning or desired toppings.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving, or enjoy warm.
