Crab & Shrimp Stuffed Salmon is a rich and elegant seafood dish featuring tender salmon fillets filled with a creamy, flavorful crab and shrimp stuffing. Baked to perfection, this restaurant-worthy recipe is easy enough for weeknights and impressive enough for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless
  • 1/2 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup small cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in crab meat and chopped shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff generously with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place fillets on baking sheet and brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until salmon flakes easily and filling is golden and hot.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with lemon or herbs if desired.
