Cranberry Brie Bites are elegant, bite-sized appetizers made with buttery crescent dough, creamy brie cheese, and tart cranberry sauce. Baked until golden and gooey, they’re the perfect easy yet impressive snack for holiday gatherings and parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)
  • 6 oz brie cheese, rind on, cut into 24 small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry preferred)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and cut into 24 even squares.
  3. Press each dough square into the mini muffin cups to form little crusts.
  4. Place a cube of brie into each cup.
  5. Top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the dough is golden and brie is melted.
  8. Garnish with a small sprig of rosemary or thyme, if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap cranberry sauce with raspberry or fig jam for a twist.
  • Drizzle with honey for added sweetness.
  • For a savory variation, use caramelized onions instead of cranberry.
  • These are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
  • Assemble ahead and refrigerate, then bake just before serving.
