  • 8 ounces bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

  4. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbled. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Stir in crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Mix until creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.

Notes

  • Use ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  • Add red pepper flakes or Italian sausage for a spicy twist.
  • Include mushrooms, spinach, or zucchini for added veggies.
  • Substitute ricotta or cream cheese for extra richness.
  • Reheat with a splash of broth or cream to maintain creaminess.
