Creamy Boursin Bruschetta is a quick and elegant appetizer featuring toasted baguette slices topped with creamy garlic-herb Boursin cheese, juicy cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. It’s perfect for entertaining or enjoying as a flavorful snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette or crusty bread, sliced into 1216 pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves, torn or whole
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast in the oven for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  4. Spread a generous layer of Boursin cheese on each slice while the bread is still warm.
  5. Top with halved cherry tomatoes, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and fresh basil.
  6. Drizzle lightly with balsamic glaze if desired.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and creamy.
