Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Push potatoes to the side and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
