Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling (or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined and crumbly.
  2. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a baking dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  6. Spoon cherry pie filling over the cream layer and spread gently.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until set.
