These “Drink Your Retinol” Juice Shots are vibrant, nutrient-packed mini drinks made with carrots, mango, and citrus — all rich in beta-carotene, which converts into vitamin A (retinol) to promote healthy, glowing skin.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 orange or tangerine, peeled
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1/3 cup water or coconut water (to blend)
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp turmeric root or a pinch of ground turmeric

Instructions

  1. Combine carrots, mango, orange, lemon juice, ginger, and water in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother consistency (optional).
