Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch of paprika or cayenne (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and any desired seasonings.
  3. Coat chicken tenders evenly with the mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature and topping is golden and bubbly.
