A sweet and creamy Easy Korean Banana Milk made with ripe bananas, milk, and a touch of sweetness. This smooth and refreshing drink is quick to prepare and perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a light dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups milk (whole, low-fat, or dairy-free)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into chunks.
  2. Add bananas, milk, honey or sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  3. Add ice cubes if a colder drink is desired.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen bananas for a thicker, milkshake-like texture.
  • Whole milk provides the creamiest result, but plant-based milk works well too.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or a spoonful of peanut butter for extra flavor.
  • Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake before serving.
  • Best enjoyed fresh to prevent browning from oxidation.
