Tender corn sautéed in a warm honey butter glaze for a quick, sweet and savory side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  2. Once melted, stir in the honey until combined.
  3. Add the corn kernels and sauté for 5–7 minutes until heated through and slightly caramelized.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired before serving warm.
