Festive Tree-Shaped Mini Pizzas are a playful and delicious holiday treat made with pizza dough, sauce, cheese, and colorful toppings, shaped into Christmas trees. Perfect for parties or family fun during the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup mini pepperoni or sliced olives
  • 1/4 cup diced red and green bell peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • Flour (for rolling out dough)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness.
  3. Cut out tree shapes using a Christmas tree cookie cutter and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush each tree with olive oil and spread a small spoonful of sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and decorate with pepperoni, bell peppers, or olives.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over each mini pizza.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  8. Let cool slightly and serve warm.
