Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Bites with Chocolate Chips are a quick, no-bake snack or dessert that’s creamy, protein-packed, and naturally sweetened. Made with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey, they’re perfect for healthy meal prep and freezer-friendly snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or prepare silicone molds.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. Portion 1-tablespoon scoops of the mixture onto the prepared sheet or into molds.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the bites are firm and frozen.
  6. Transfer frozen bites to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
