This frozen peach lemonade is the ultimate summer slushie—refreshing, sweet, tangy, and icy-cold. Made with just frozen peaches, lemon juice, and a touch of honey or maple syrup, it’s the perfect 5-minute drink for hot days, backyard parties, or poolside sipping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 23 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cold water (plus more as needed for blending)
  • Lemon slices (optional garnish)
  • Peach wedges (optional garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons, measure the peaches, and set up the blender.
  2. Combine frozen peaches, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), ice, and water in the blender.
  3. Blend until thick and slushy, adding more water as needed for desired texture.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if needed.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses and garnish as desired.
  6. Serve immediately, or freeze the blended mixture and re-blend before serving.

Notes

  • Add 1/2 cup frozen raspberries for a peach-raspberry twist.
  • Blend with fresh mint or chilled green tea for herbal or energizing variations.
  • Add coconut milk for a creamy slushie.
  • To make it alcoholic, add vodka, rum, or peach schnapps.
  • Store leftovers in the freezer for up to 1 week; re-blend before serving.
