Ingredients

  • 4 fresh ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Optional toppings: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, or a squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cook corn: Boil in salted water for 8–10 minutes or grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
