Ingredients

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 3/4 cup coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 12 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
