Ingredients

  • For the Bowls:
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into even pieces and chop broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic.
  2. Toss chicken and broccoli in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Grill broccoli for 6–8 minutes until charred and crisp-tender.
