Homemade Perfect Bars are soft and chewy no-bake protein bars made with wholesome ingredients like oat flour, natural peanut butter, honey, and vanilla protein powder. Topped with mini chocolate chips, these healthy snack bars are perfect for meal prep, post-workout fuel, or on-the-go snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, vanilla protein powder, and salt.
  2. Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil. Stir with a spoon, then use your hands to mix until a dough forms.
  3. If the dough is too dry, add a little more melted coconut oil until it has a playdough-like consistency.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
  5. Press the dough into a parchment-lined loaf or bread pan. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top and press gently to adhere.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  7. Slice into 8–10 bars and store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Use almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter for nut-free or flavor variation.
  • Add chocolate protein powder or cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
  • Enhance nutrition with chia seeds, flax meal, or shredded coconut.
  • Swap honey for maple syrup or agave to make it vegan (adjust for texture).
