Crunchy, tangy, and slightly sweet baked pretzel pieces coated in a homemade honey mustard seasoning, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups pretzel pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil or melted butter, honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Place the pretzel pieces in a large bowl and pour the honey mustard mixture over them.
  4. Toss well until all pretzels are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until crisp and lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
