Hot Honey Infused Feta Chicken is a bold, crave-worthy dish that blends juicy seared chicken with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze and creamy feta cheese. It’s a fast, flavorful dinner that feels indulgent yet easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (preferably block-style)
  • 3 tbsp hot honey (store-bought or homemade with honey + chili flakes)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley or thyme, for garnish
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside to rest.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add more oil if needed. Add crumbled feta to the skillet and let it warm slightly.
  4. Drizzle in the hot honey and stir until a glossy sauce forms.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon the hot honey-feta sauce over each piece.
  6. Add lemon juice and finish with fresh parsley or thyme. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Serve over rice, couscous, or orzo to soak up the sauce.
  • Add spinach or roasted red peppers for extra color and texture.
  • Adjust spice level with more or less chili flakes or hot sauce.
  • Use regular honey for a milder version.
  • Feta in brine gives the best flavor and texture.
