Ready in under 20 minutes, they’re easy to make, customizable with different fillings, and perfect for mornings, weekend brunch, or even dessert.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices white bread, crusts removed
  • 6 tsp Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Butter or oil spray (for greasing basket)
  • Optional: powdered sugar or syrup, for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare bread: Remove crusts from bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin.
  2. Add filling: Spread 1 tsp Nutella on one end of each slice and roll tightly.
  3. Make egg mixture: Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  4. Coat roll-ups: Dip each roll-up into egg mixture until fully coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer: Lightly grease basket and preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Air fry: Arrange roll-ups in a single layer, seam side down. Cook 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
