Quick, no-bake keto-friendly yogurt bites loaded with blueberries, protein, and healthy fats—perfect for low-carb snacking or post-workout fuel.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup keto-friendly yogurt (unsweetened, full-fat Greek or coconut yogurt)
  • 1/3 cup vanilla low-carb protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, protein powder, almond flour, melted coconut oil or butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in blueberries to keep them whole and juicy.
  3. Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or shape into bite-sized balls using a spoon and hands.
  4. Freeze for 1–2 hours until firm.
  5. Store in fridge or freezer depending on desired firmness before eating.

Notes

  • Substitute blueberries with raspberries or chopped strawberries for variety.
  • Use chocolate protein powder or lemon zest for different flavor profiles.
  • Add extra almond flour for firmer, truffle-like bites.
  • Best served cold; no reheating needed.
  • Use coconut yogurt and dairy-free protein for a plant-based version.
