These Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are a low-carb, keto-friendly twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak. Packed with seasoned beef, sautéed vegetables, and melty cheese, they’re perfect for satisfying comfort food cravings without the carbs, ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • ½ medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the Beef Mixture: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and break it apart. Once browned, add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened (5–7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Season and Add Cheese: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add cream cheese and stir until melted and combined. Set aside.
  4. Create Cheese Circles: On the prepared baking sheet, create 8 evenly spaced circles of shredded Monterey Jack cheese (1/4 cup each). Leave space for spreading. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese laces.
  5. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Remove cheese circles from the oven. After 1 minute, add 2 tbsp of beef mixture to each circle. Roll the cheese around the filling. Let them set for 2–3 minutes to firm up as cheese cools.

Notes

  • Substitute ground beef with thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak for a more authentic Philly experience.
  • Use provolone, mozzarella, or Swiss cheese instead of Monterey Jack for variation.
  • Add mushrooms, jalapeños, or zucchini to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
