Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen or fresh French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella blend)
  • 2 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook French fries according to package directions or bake in the oven until golden and crispy.
  2. While fries cook, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook chicken until fully cooked and nicely browned, then set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder until smooth.
  6. Spread cooked fries on a baking sheet or serving platter.
  7. Top fries with cooked chicken and drizzle generously with the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  9. Place back in the oven for 3–5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust hot sauce to control spice level.
  • Air-fried or grilled chicken works for a lighter option.
  • Waffle fries or curly fries make great substitutes.
  • Best served immediately while fries are crispy.
