Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bliss is a crave-worthy dish featuring crispy roasted cauliflower coated in a sweet and spicy maple sriracha glaze. Perfect as a side, appetizer, or plant-based main, it’s bold, easy to make, and absolutely addictive.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to heat preference)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Chopped green onions or sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and tender.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce (if using), and garlic.
  5. Remove cauliflower from oven, toss with the maple-sriracha sauce until fully coated, then return to the oven for another 5–7 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add rice vinegar to the sauce for extra tang.
  • For added crunch, coat cauliflower with panko before roasting.
  • Adjust the sriracha-to-maple ratio based on spice preference.
  • Serve over rice or quinoa for a satisfying main dish.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for a faster option.
