Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a creamy, no‑bake chocolate treat featuring rich, melt‑in‑your‑mouth fudge and gooey marshmallow swirls—decadent, easy, and perfect for gifting or sweet snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi‑sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff (or cream)

Instructions

  1. Melt base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and melted butter. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  2. Add flavor: Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. Layer in pan: Line an 8×8‑inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly in the pan.
  4. Swirl marshmallow: Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff on top. Use a knife to gently swirl, creating thick, visible marbling.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm.
  6. Slice: Lift out using the parchment, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

  • Make dairy‑free: Use dairy‑free chocolate and condensed milk alternatives.
  • Deepen chocolate flavor: Stir in ½ cup chopped dark chocolate.
  • Add texture: Mix in chopped nuts or crushed cookies.
  • S’mores twist: Press graham cracker crust into the pan before adding fudge; lightly torch marshmallow swirls before chilling.
