Melt-In-Your-Mouth S’mores Roll-Ups

Quick and nostalgic s’mores roll-ups made with soft sandwich bread filled with melted chocolate and gooey marshmallows, then toasted to golden perfection. Crispy on the outside and warm and melty inside, they’re the perfect easy dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices sandwich bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or 4 chocolate bars (broken into pieces)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Flatten each slice of sandwich bread with a rolling pin.
  2. Place chocolate pieces and a small handful of mini marshmallows along one edge of each slice.
  3. Roll the bread tightly around the filling and gently press the edge to seal.
  4. Brush the outside of each roll-up with melted butter.
  5. If desired, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then roll the buttered roll-ups in the mixture.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place roll-ups seam-side down.
  7. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning until all sides are golden brown and crisp.
  8. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving, as the filling will be hot.

Notes

  • Spread a thin layer of chocolate hazelnut spread inside for extra richness.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers inside for a more traditional s’mores flavor.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes for a lighter option.
  • Cook in an air fryer at 375°F for 6–8 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Avoid overfilling to prevent leakage while cooking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day.
  • Reheat in a skillet or oven to restore crispness.
