Million dollar chicken alfredo stuffed shells are hearty, creamy pasta shells filled with a cheesy chicken mixture and baked in rich alfredo sauce. The ultimate comfort food for family dinners or potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, ¾ cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken until fully combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce over the bottom of the prepared dish.
  5. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in the dish in a single layer.
  6. Pour remaining alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
