No-bake chocolate peanut butter protein balls are chewy, rich snacks that combine natural peanut butter, cocoa, oats, and protein powder for a satisfying, energy-boosting bite that tastes like dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 23 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 12 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy, as needed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add peanut butter and honey, stirring until the mixture starts to come together.
  3. Add a splash of milk if the mixture feels too dry.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Roll into bite-sized balls using your hands.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
