No-Bake Chocolate Snowman Cake Pops are festive, bite-sized treats made from cookie or cake crumbs mixed with frosting, then dipped in white chocolate and decorated like snowmen. These adorable winter desserts are fun to make and perfect for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies or cake crumbs
  • 4 oz cream cheese or 1/2 cup chocolate frosting
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 2 oz dark or milk chocolate (for decorations)
  • Orange sprinkles or small candies (for noses)
  • 1012 lollipop or cake pop sticks
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, pretzel sticks, fondant or fruit leather (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Crush cookies or cake crumbs in a food processor until fine.
  2. Mix in cream cheese or frosting until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Roll into small balls: one larger for the body, one smaller for the head. Stack them and insert a stick through the center.
  4. Place cake pops on a lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
  6. Dip each snowman into the white chocolate, tapping off excess, then let them set upright.
  7. Use melted dark chocolate to draw eyes, mouths, and buttons. Add orange sprinkle for the nose.
  8. Decorate with optional accessories like mini scarves, hats, or arms. Let set completely before serving.

Notes

  • Freeze cake balls before dipping to prevent falling apart.
  • Use white chocolate chips with a bit of coconut oil if candy melts are unavailable.
  • Decorate creatively with pantry items like sprinkles, pretzels, or fruit strips.
  • Single ball cake pops are a faster variation if short on time.
  • Store in the fridge; best enjoyed cold or at room temp—do not microwave.
