Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are flaky, golden biscuit balls filled with gooey melted cheese and brushed with flavorful garlic butter, perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands refrigerated biscuits (8-count, flaky layers)
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese or pieces of string cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
  3. Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit and fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges to seal tightly into a ball.
  4. Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, then stir in garlic and parsley.
  5. Brush each sealed dough ball with the garlic butter mixture and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if using.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
  8. After baking, brush with more garlic butter for added flavor and shine. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Seal dough well to prevent cheese from leaking out.
  • Try cheddar or pepper jack for different flavor twists.
  • Add pepperoni slices inside for a pizza version.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days and reheat in oven or microwave.
  • Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.
