A fun and festive no-bake Halloween treat featuring layers of creamy chocolate pudding, crushed cookies, and candy pumpkins to resemble a mini pumpkin patch.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 810 candy pumpkins or gummy pumpkins
  • Green frosting or green sprinkles (optional)
  • 8 clear plastic cups for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare chocolate pudding according to package instructions with cold milk. Chill until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped topping to the pudding to create a light and creamy mixture.
  3. Crush cookies in a food processor or using a zip-top bag and rolling pin until they resemble dirt.
  4. Layer pudding mixture into each clear cup, filling about 2/3 full.
  5. Top with a thick layer of crushed cookies to resemble soil.
  6. Press candy pumpkins into the top to resemble a pumpkin patch.
  7. Decorate with green frosting vines or sprinkles for added effect, if desired.
  8. Chill cups for 15–30 minutes or until ready to serve.
