These Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, smoky, and packed with flavor. Marinated in ranch, garlic, and parmesan, then grilled to perfection, they’re an easy BBQ favorite or weeknight dinner that pairs with salads, veggies, or rice.

Ingredients

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning (or parsley/oregano blend)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Wooden or metal skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 20 minutes before grilling)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ranch dressing, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, toss to coat, cover, and marinate 20–30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates lightly.
  3. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, spacing slightly for even cooking.
  4. Grill skewers for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
  5. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top before serving and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Add bell peppers, zucchini, or onions to skewers for more flavor and color.
  • Mix cayenne or red pepper flakes into marinade for heat.
  • Swap chicken for shrimp for a lighter version.
  • Brush skewers with extra ranch during last minute of grilling for more flavor.
