Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding is a no-bake layered dessert that combines creamy cheesecake pudding, fresh strawberries, bananas, and cookies into one irresistible treat. It’s easy, refreshing, and perfect for potlucks, holidays, or make-ahead desserts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip or 3 cups whipped cream
  • 1 box vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • Extra strawberries and bananas for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the Fruit: Slice strawberries and bananas and set aside.
  2. Make the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, and cold milk. Mix until thickened. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Layer the Dessert: In a trifle dish or 9×13 pan, layer vanilla wafers or graham crackers. Add a layer of pudding mixture, then sliced bananas and strawberries. Repeat layers.
  4. Top and Chill: Finish with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with extra fruit. Chill for 2–3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use pound cake or angel food cake instead of wafers for a cake-like texture.
  • Add a swirl of strawberry jam for intensified berry flavor.
  • Try chocolate graham crackers or pudding for a twist.
  • Use mason jars for individual servings—great for parties.
  • For a lighter version, replace cream cheese and condensed milk with Greek yogurt and whipped topping.
